Here at MB Reptiles our top two priorities are healthy animals and customer satisfaction.

Supplies

All supplies shall be returned within 14 days in the orignal packing. There will be a 10% restocking fee. We will exchange any broken or faulty items that is not handler error. On all returns we are not responsible for shipping costs. Any claims on damaged or mishandled orders must be taken up with the carrier.

Live Reptiles shipping Shipping

All of our animals come with a live arrival guarantee as long as any problems are reported within two hours of the initial delivery, we are not responsible for animals that are not recieved on first delivery attempt. In order to have this guarantee, someone must be there to sign for the delivery. In the unlikely case of a DOA, it must be reported immediatly, in some cases we may request the animal be shipped back. Photos must be emailed to us within 2 hours of arrival on DOA's. We are not responsible for animals delayed due to carrier, weather or any other reasons. Live arrival guarantee is void if temperatures are below 45 degrees F. or exceed 90 degrees F. Please check the temperatures before asking for a shipping date. Shipping price is to be decided based on  size of animals and shipping location. In most cases live animals will be $29.00 plus $3.00 box charge. No refunds on shipping. No returns or refunds on live animals. There is a 20% restocking fee on all live animals.

Priority shipping includes:

• Overnight guaranteed by 10:30 a.m. via carrier
• Insolated styrofoam box
• Heat packs if necessary
• Cold packs if necessary

Live Arachnids Shipping

Shipping for all arachnids is available fedex overnight guaranteed by 10:30 am via the carrier which generally runs $48.00. This includes an insolated box and a heat pack if needed. We can also ship via USPS Express which in most cases is overnight and is available for $22.00. It also indcludes an insolated box and heat packs if needed. These are the only 2 methods of shipping on arachnids that we guarantee live arrival. We will also ship via USPS priority for $10.00, however we do not guarantee live arrival with this option! In order to meet live arrival guarnatee you must be there to sign for the package the first attempt at delivery! Please read our "Live Reptiles Shipping" as well, this applies to arachnids!

Frozen Rodents

We ship our frozen rodents with 5 lbs of dry ice and an insulated box. Shipping methods are available through USPS, fedex, UPS, and Delta Dash. Oregon and Northern California shipments can be sent fedex ground safetly. Other states should call and upgrade orders as ground delivery is not gernally ifficent enough.

 Payments & Layaway

All orders must be paid for in full before they will be shipped. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, and Money Orders sent Express mail. On all layaway items we require a 25% non-refundable deposit. The balance shall be paid within 30 days from date of deposit.

Store Hours

We are open Mondays 1-7 pm, Tuesday- Saturday 11-7 and Sunday 12-5 PST.

These terms and conditions apply to this website and online purchases through MB Reptiles. This also includes any classified ads or auctions posted by MB Reptiles.
